What we repair

Start with the boring work that keeps breaking.

We focus on contained workflows where wasted time, errors, and weak controls create a measurable business cost.

01

Spreadsheet repair

Repair broken formulas, inconsistent data, fragile links, and workbooks that depend on one employee.

  • Formula and logic review
  • Validation and error controls
  • Clean, documented workbook
02

Reporting automation

Turn recurring exports into consistent dashboards, management reports, and exception lists.

  • CSV, Excel, and structured PDF inputs
  • Recurring reporting packages
  • Variance and anomaly flags
03

Administrative workflows

Reduce repetitive copying, renaming, reconciliation, reminders, and document preparation.

  • File and data processing
  • Human approval checkpoints
  • Clear operating instructions

How it works

Repair first. Automate second.

Automating a broken process only creates mistakes faster. Every engagement begins by clarifying the real workflow and defining a correct result.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

Map the current process, files, users, pain points, and failure risks.

  2. 02

    Scope

Agree on deliverables, acceptance tests, exclusions, timeline, and price before development.

  3. 03

    Build and challenge

Develop the solution, test bad inputs, reconcile outputs, and document the workflow.

  4. 04

    Deploy and support

Train the user, monitor initial cycles, and maintain the system under a separate support scope when needed.

How trust is earned

Not a random script. A controlled business tool.

Low-cost automation becomes expensive when nobody understands it, inputs change, or the builder disappears. We design around accountability, traceability, and continued use.

Every implementation is designed to include

  • Acceptance tests

A written definition of what must work before completion.

  • Human review

Important calculations and outputs are reviewed rather than blindly generated.

  • Documentation

Operating instructions, dependencies, and ownership are documented.

  • Defined defect support

Technical defects within the agreed scope are handled under the written proposal.

Transparent starting points

Price the agreed result before building it.

Final pricing is confirmed after reviewing the workflow. New requirements are handled through a separately approved change order.

Diagnostic

CA$149–399

For unclear, risky, or multi-step workflows that require proper mapping before a quote.

  • Current-state workflow map
  • Risk and feasibility review
  • Implementation proposal

Ongoing support

CA$149–999/month

For monitoring, recurring reports, integration maintenance, and controlled improvements.

  • Defined response priorities
  • Failure monitoring where supported
  • Monthly improvement allowance

Prices are starting ranges, not binding quotes. Taxes, third-party licences, and out-of-scope work may be additional and will be disclosed before approval.

Opportunity estimator

Is the workflow worth fixing?

Estimate the labour currently consumed by one recurring process. This is a planning tool, not a promise of savings or profitability.

A useful screening rule

A project is usually easier to justify when the expected first-year value materially exceeds the implementation price.

Current annual labour costCA$3,360
Potential annual labour value returnedCA$2,352

Illustrative estimate only. Actual benefits depend on adoption, data quality, exceptions, and the final approved scope.

Frequently asked questions

What a serious buyer will want to know.

Why not assign this to an employee?

Sometimes that is the correct decision. We are useful when the employee understands the work but lacks the time, technical capacity, testing process, or documentation discipline to build and maintain a reliable solution.

Do you guarantee savings or profit?

No. We define the workflow, assumptions, and acceptance tests in writing. Savings estimates are illustrative, and actual results depend on adoption, data quality, exceptions, and business conditions.

Who owns the finished work?

Ownership and licensing are defined in the signed proposal. Custom deliverables are generally transferred after full payment, while reusable methods, libraries, and third-party components remain subject to their stated licences.

How do you handle sensitive data?

The public website does not accept file uploads. Initial inquiries should contain no confidential files. Project data is handled only after a written scope and data-handling plan are approved.

Are services fully remote?

Yes. Discovery, secure file exchange, testing, training, and support are designed for remote delivery. Any on-site requirement must be agreed separately.

When is a diagnostic required?

A diagnostic is appropriate when systems, data, exceptions, or ownership are unclear enough that a responsible fixed quote cannot yet be produced.

Start with one workflow

Show us one process your team should not keep repeating manually.

Describe the workflow without attaching confidential files. We will assess whether it belongs in a small repair, paid diagnostic, fixed implementation, or internal solution.
